We produced an art gallery event at South-by-Southwest to display the UX of autonomous vehicle. I programmed the front-end and back-end of interactive self-driving experience that allowed participants to navigate the UX and features of the car’s interface, including browsing movies and making calls.
I was the technical director and lead software developer for the Sperry x America's Cup virtual reality 4D experience, which puts users on the back of an AC catamaran during a practice race with the members of Oracle Team USA using 360 video footage we shot from the back of their boat. We programmed a motorized platform synced with the motion of the boat that participants stand on to make it really feel like they're on a boat. There's also wind and water that are blown/sprayed on participants in sync with the action happening in the video. The experience has been used at mutliple events across the country.
GOODFest was a 5-concert series across the country sponsored by Google and featuring artists including Solange, D.R.A.M., Glass Animals and more. As technical director, I developed a workflow for simultaneous live-streaming to both Facebook and YouTube from multi-camera setup, including mobile phone cams as well as professional-grade cameras.
